Housing Programs

N Street Village supports and empowers women experiencing homelessness in Washington D.C. by offering a broad spectrum of programs built on dignity and respect. We partner with each woman to achieve lasting stability and make meaningful gains in their housing and overall well-being.

Eden House

Eden House is a low-income tax credit community located in Northwest Washington, DC, offering 51 affordable apartment homes for individuals and their dependents. The community provides a stable, well-maintained housing option designed to support residents in achieving long-term stability and independence.


Permanent Supportive Housing

Residents are housed in single-room occupancy (SRO) unitsprivate bedrooms within fully furnished shared apartments featuring communal kitchens, living areas, and bathrooms. The property includes on-site laundry facilities, and residents may arrange their own entertainment services such as cable or Wi-Fi. Daily meals are available through the Bethany Womens Center, and comprehensive medical and dental care is offered on-site by Unity Health Care at the Wellness Center.

Miriam's House

Miriams House provides a permanent supportive housing program designed to promote stability, health, and well-being for elderly women (ages 50 and older) and women living with HIV. This community offers a compassionate, structured environment where residents can access both housing and supportive services aimed at improving quality of life and long-term self-sufficiency. Each resident enjoys a fully furnished private room. On-site laundry facilities are available, and residents are responsible for arranging their own entertainment services, such as cable and Wi-Fi. Case managers are available on-site and meet with residents at least twice per month to assist with health and wellness goals, budgeting, education or vocational planning, employment searches, and planning for long-term affordable housing options.
